A former Clemson slugger has found his new college home.
Collin Priest is signing with UCF, according to Carlos Collazo of Baseball America.
Priest, a first baseman/DH, missed all of the 2026 season with a hamstring injury. He entered the transfer portal, which opened on Monday.
After transferring from Michigan to Clemson, Priest earned third-team All-ACC honors in 2025 after hitting .240 with 12 home runs and 52 RBI. The left-handed hitter also had 11 doubles and walked 47 times.
During his one season with the Wolverines, Priest hit .279 with 11 homers, 11 doubles, 30 RBI, 29 runs, with a .578 slugging percentage, earning All Big 10 freshman honors.
