A former Clemson pitcher has found his new college home.
After entering the transfer portal, which opened Monday, right-hander Peyton Miller announced a commitment to USF on Friday.
Miller will have three seasons of eligibility remaining.
Miller made six relief appearances during his freshman season in 2026, finishing with an ERA of 4.15. He allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits in 4.1 innings pitched with two strikeouts and three walks.
The 6-foot-4, 205-pounder played two ways during fall ball. Coming out of IMG Academy in Florida, Miller was ranked No. 206 among all freshmen in the nation by Perfect Game.
