An up-and-coming in-state prospect has set his next two visits to Clemson.

2029 DT Emavian Gibson (Dorman) will visit twice during the coming season. Gibson hails from the same high school as current freshman safety Polo Anderson.

The 6-foot-3, 285-pounder will be on hand September 12 for the Tigers’ home opener against Georgia Southern, then will return on October 3 for the big ACC matchup against Miami.

Gibson, whose recruitment is really just getting started, has visited in the past, with the most recent coming back in June when he worked out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp.

Texas Tech offered on Friday, becoming Gibson’s first Power-4 offer.
