Another Clemson recruiting target has come off the board.

Four-star safety Giovanni Tuggle (Winder-Barrow, GA) committed to Ole Miss on Tuesday after visiting for the Rebels’ win over LSU.

Tuggle worked out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp in June, picking up his offer in the process. Later in the summer, he announced Clemson, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida State and Ole Miss as his five finalists. He had been slated to return to campus for the Miami game on October 3.

Rivals ranks the 6-foot defensive back No. 64 overall and No. 6 among all players at his position. He also ranks No. 7 in the state of Georgia.

The Tigers also saw their top linebacker target commit elsewhere on Tuesday, with four-star legacy recruit Jay Schell announcing a verbal pledge to Oklahoma.
