2014 TE Jeb Blazevich is very familiar with Clemson after visiting a number of times and with his brother attending Clemson. Coach Pearman is recruiting Jeb for the Tigers and has visited Charlotte Christian a couple of times over the past few weeks.

“He has been to the school twice to visit.  He keeps in touch via email,” said Blazevich.

Jeb has been following the Clemson offense closely.

“I watch a lot of Clemson football.  I really like how they use the tight end.  I like the way coach Pearman uses them.  Those guys are a beasts,” said Blazevich.

Jeb already has a very impressive offer list.

“I have 21 offers so far,” said Blazevich.

When does the prize recruit want to make a decision?

“I want to make an earlier decision, hopefully by the summer.  I want to get it out of the way so I can focus on enjoying my senior season,” replied Blazevich.

Does having a brother at Clemson give the Tigers an advantage?

“No, not really.  It helps me see what Clemson is from a non-football standpoint, but I want to do my own thing,” replied Blazevich.

Clemson is one of the schools recruiting Jeb the hardest right now.

“Clemson, UNC, LSU, Notre Dame, Alabama and Ohio State are,” said Blazevich.

What does Jeb plan to do in the offseason?

“I am going to do some crossfit training with the coaches.  I am also going to the Under Armour combine in Florida.  I will probably do some spring ball.  I just want to keep training,” replied Blazevich.
