4-star defensive end Ebenezer Ogundeko announced his commitment to Clemson Friday afternoon during the Under Armour All-American game.
Ebenezer put on a purple Clemson hat during the broadcast and said he selecting “the University of Clemson”.
Why did Ebenezer select the Tigers?
“The coaches, I just felt comfortable there and it is not very far from home. I am just ready to go there and compete in the ACC,” said Ogundeko.
The 6-4, 240 pound prospect from Brooklyn, NY selected the Tigers over Florida and Syracuse.
During his senior season Ebenezer had 74 tackles and 17 sacks. The prize recruit had 11 sacks during his junior season.
The All-American took his official visit to Clemson in December and will enroll at Clemson in January.
Ebenezer becomes the 14th commitment for Clemson’s 2013 class.
