4-star athlete Kevin Crosby couldn’t make it to Clemson’s Elite Junior Day, but he plans to visit in a few weeks.
“I wasn’t able to make it. Clemson will most likely be my next visit on March 2,” said Crosby.
The prize recruit recently took a visit to see Alabama.
“My last visit was to Alabama. I took the whole family. It went real good. It was my third time meeting coach Saban, but the first time for my mom. He told us what to expect as a player and as a student at Alabama,” said Crosby.
Clemson had made Kevin’s top five.
“My top five in no order is South Carolina, Clemson, Florida, North Carolina and Alabama,” said Crosby.
Don’t expect an early commitment from the Palmetto standout.
“Right now I am just going to wait it out. I am in no rush,” said Crosby.
What does Kevin hear from the Tigers?
“I hear from coach Hobby a lot,” said Crosby.
The talented athlete could play linebacker or tight end at the next level. The Tigers are recruiting him at tight end/H-back.
“I really prefer offense. I have more interest in the teams looking at me as an H-back,” said Crosby.
Is Kevin getting any pressure from his family to select a particular school?
“Nobody is pressuring me. They say they want me to do whatever is best for me. They aren’t going to be the one spending four years at the school,” said Crosby.
