Blazevich working towards decision

4-star tight end Jeb Blazevich visited Clemson for the Elite Junior Day earlier this month.

“It went really good.  I had seen it all before, but I got a good feel for the coaches.  Coach Pearman gave me some new stats,” said Blazevich.

Jeb got to see Clemson’s new indoor practice facility for the first time and came away impressed.

“I hadn’t seen the new indoor facility.  I think it is sweet.  It is the newest one so of course it is nice,” said Pearman.

What did Jeb learn from the Clemson staff during the visit?

“I learned where I was on their board.  I wanted to know if I was a priority and that is a decision I got,” replied Blazevich.

The next few months will be critical for the prize recruit.

“I am going to make my decision before June 1,” said Blazevich.

Jeb has a top six of Clemson, Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, Ole Miss and Notre Dame.  Before making his decision Jeb plans some more visits.

“I am going to try to make it to all of my top six one more time during spring practice,” said Blazevich.

Clemson also has Charlotte Catholic’s Elijah Hood near the top of their recruiting board.  The two Charlotte standouts know each other well.

“Actually his girlfriend goes to my school.  She has a twin and we spend some time together,” said Blazevich.

Does the Charlotte Christian standout have an idea where he plans to sign?

“I think so and then here comes another coach and they give me their pitch and there goes that decision,” replied Blazevich.
