Huggins – “They love me man”

Clemson visited Orangeburg-Wilkinson to check on Albert Huggins, one of the top defensive linemen in the Palmetto state for the 2015 class.  The Tigers aren’t the only school to check on the prize recruit.

“Louisville came by and they offered.  Clemson, South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina and Coastal Carolina have all come by,” said Huggins.

The offer list is growing quickly.

“I have eight offers now.  Both Clemson and South Carolina have offered,” said Huggins.

When asked if he has any current leaders, Huggins responded, “No, not right now”.

Earlier this spring Albert visited Clemson.

“I came up to visit for one of the spring practice,” said Huggins.

What is Albert hearing from the Clemson staff?

“They love me man.  If I come up they treat me like one of their own children.  They tell me they will keep a close eye on me with my education.  They tell me if my mind is right and I get my body straight I can make the NFL,” replied Huggins.

Jadar Johnson has been telling Albert about Tigertown.

“He is loving it right now.  He said it is hard because he enrolled early, but he is loving i there,” said Huggins.

What will be important when the Palmetto standout makes his decision?

“Education comes first.  I will look for the school that has the best education and best engineering school.  I am going to go all four years because education is important,” replied Huggins.

Don’t expect an early commitment from Albert.

“I am going to ride it all the way out.  I am going to try to enjoy the ride,” said Huggins.
