Here are some news and notes from Day 3 of training camp at Clemson. The media talked with Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables on Monday, as well as defensive back Cordrea Tankersley, defensive tackle DeShawn Williams, offensive tackle Joe Gore and tight end Jordan Leggett

*Tight end Stanton Seckinger was carted off to the locker room just before the end of practice on Monday with what it being said to be a minor left ankle sprain. The official word is that he should not miss too much time from the injury.
