Clemson lost the field position battle with Georgia by a wide margin in the opener.  The Dawgs average field position was their 39 while Clemson’s was their 19.  The Tigers started inside the 20 four times.

That was only the second time in 17 years that the Tigers have started inside their 20 as an average.
