Clemson traveled to Louisville for a prime-time ACC matchup that did not disappoint. Running back Wayne Gallman led the Tigers offense with 139 yards on the ground while Heisman contender Deshaun Watson connected on two touchdown passes while throwing for just under 200 yards. The Tigers defense held the Cardinals to just 19 yards rushing and forced two turnovers in the 20-17 win. Clemson improves to 3-0 and has a week off before a pivotal game against Notre Dame.
