For anyone that knows me they know I rather watch a 10-7, 3-0 kind of football game than those PlayStation-type games we usually see in college football.

In a day when everyone is about the offenses and what player did what to help them win fantasy leagues games, I’m old school. I like to see a good hard hit rather than a touchdown. I like to see the quarterback get smacked around than watch him throw touchdown passes. I like to see a defense get a shutout than see an offense score 73 points.

So you can imagine how excited I was to watch Clemson pitch its first shutout in 16 years against an ACC or FBS opponent the other day.
