On Monday night, just a few hours after five-star defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence committed to Clemson, the Tigers picked up five-star quarterback Hunter Johnson.
The 2017 quarterback from Brownsburg, Ind. flipped to Clemson after being committed to Tennessee.
Johnson, who was offered by Clemson last week, took a visit to Tigertown over the weekend.
With his commitment, he joins a 2017 Clemson class that already includes four-star offensive lineman Noah DeHond and three-star outside linebacker Baylon Spector.
According to Rivals and 247, Johnson is the No. 1 pro-style quarterback in the class of 2017.
