Terrell: “Clemson was great”

Earlier this month one of the nation’s top 2017 cornerbacks, A.J. Terrell, visited Clemson where he came away very impressed.

“Clemson was great for my first visit,” Terrell told The Clemson Insider.

A strong relationship is being built between A.J. and the Clemson staff.

“I have a good relationship with both coaches. Coach Reed and I stay in touch a lot through text and DMs and sometimes through phone calls. Coach Dabo, we text here and there.  I definitely like talking to him and feel comfortable while talking to him,” said Terrell.

A.J. has visited both schools that played for the title last year.

“I have visited Alabama and Clemson this summer so far,” said Terrell.

How was the visit to Alabama?

“Bama was good too. I got to chill with the players, and coaches, and bond a little,” replied Terrell.

There are several more stops planned for the summer visit tour.

“Florida, Auburn, South Carolina and Georgia,” said Terrell.

Don’t expect an early decision from the All-American.

“I will probably announce on signing day,” said Terrell.
