How did Clemson’s commitments perform in their games on Friday night?

2017 wide receiver commitments Amari Rodgers and Tee Higgins had big games for the second consecutive week.
Rodgers racked up 133 yards on four catches with touchdown receptions of 50 and 27 yards in helping Knoxville (Tenn.) Catholic to a 45-0 win over Christ Presbyterian Academy. Rodgers has totaled eight catches for 233 yards and four touchdowns in his first two games of the season.
Higgins, meanwhile, hauled in six catches for 94 yards and a 12-yard touchdown as Oak Ridge (Tenn.) beat Dobyns-Bennett 41-28. Higgins made the highlight reel in the fourth quarter with this outstanding one-handed snag:

2017 running back commit Cordarrian Richardson carried a big load and ran rampant Friday night. Richardson rushed 32 times for 192 yards, though Trezevant (Tenn.) fell to Southaven 27-26.
2017 quarterback commit Hunter Johnson got it done both through the air and on the ground for Brownsburg (Ind.) in its 13-8 victory over Lawrence North. Johnson went 15-of-30 passing for 133 yards and two touchdowns (including the 1-yard scoring toss below) while rushing for 48 yards on 15 carries.

2017 linebacker commit Baylon Spector, who plays quarterback for Calhoun (Ga.), completed 12 of 24 passes for 154 yards with one interception. Spector stayed busy as a rusher, recording 113 yards on 21 totes. Calhoun fell to Dalton, 28-13.
Clemson’s newest commit, 2017 cornerback A.J. Terrell, saw some time at receiver for Westlake (Ga.) in its game against Langston Hughes. The game was suspended due to lightning with Westlake leading 10-9 in the third quarter, but before that, Terrell showcased his skills with this catch-and-run:

2017 linebacker commit Logan Rudolph and Northwestern (Rock Hill, S.C.) beat Dorman, 42-28. 2017 defensive end commitment Jordan Williams and Frank W. Cox (Virginia Beach, Va.) took care of Tallwood, 17-9. 2017 offensive line commit Blake Vinson and North Marion (Citra, Fla.) shut out Blanche Ely 13-0.
Tonight, 2017 quarterback commit Chase Brice and 2018 linebacker commit Mike Jones will square off when Grayson (Ga.) hosts IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) at 6 p.m. in a nationally televised game on ESPN2.
