Helmet Stickers: No. 3 Clemson 14, No. 13 Auburn 6

Following third-ranked Clemson’s hard-fought 14-6 victory over No. 13 Auburn, The Clemson Insider gave out helmet stickers to individual performers who had significant roles in the win.

Hunter Renfrow

The Tigers’ most reliable target had another phenomenal game Saturday night. Renfrow tallied nine receptions for 62 yards and three first downs. The redshirt-junior wide receiver established himself as Kelly Bryant’s most reliable target and extended drives all night.

Dorian O’Daniel

The senior linebacker had a career night and led a stingy Clemson defense in a dominant performance. O’Daniel seemed to be involved in every play, racking up a career-high 14 tackles. O’Daniel also was credited with 1.5 sacks and 2 tackles for loss.

Kelly Bryant

Bryant did not play a perfect game Saturday night but played well enough to lead Clemson to a victory. He had a sluggish start prior to going down with an apparent shoulder injury midway through the second quarter. The junior rebounded, looking composed and mature in the pocket as he finished the night 19-of-29 for 181 yards, Bryant also led the Tigers on the ground with 19 rushes for 68 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

 Ray Ray McCloud

McCloud played a significant role for the Tigers on Saturday night. The junior wide receiver had six catches for 81 yards, including a long of 33 yards. McCloud also had sure hands with four punt returns for 17 yards. He showed Tiger nation his ability to shine on the big stage.

Christian Wilkins

Wilkins led the Clemson defensive line in one of the best performances by the unit in Clemson’s history. Wilkins kept Jarrett Stidham on the run all night. Wilkins was credited with 10 tackles, two sacks, and 2.5 tackles for loss. The Tiger junior further cemented himself as a premier pass rusher and defensive lineman tonight.
