What it took to get here: Clemson athlete overcomes traumatic leg injury

After suffering a traumatic injury in high school, Clemson track and field runner Torie Robinson has overcome all odds and has become a decorated student-athlete on the track and field team.

Robinson has several first-place finishes throughout her track career at Clemson in the 60- and 200-meter races, and as a part of the 4×100 relay team.

As Robinson prepares to compete in the ACC’s Indoor Track & Field Championships this weekend, the Clemson star tells The Clemson Insider about the journey it took to achieve her dreams.
