What They Are Saying: Clemson starts spring practice

On a rainy Wednesday, Clemson’s football team suited up and headed to practice for their first day of spring practice.

For many of the players, this was not the first time. This is a veteran-led team that is competing for starting positions and preparing for a return to the College Football Playoffs.

One of the players is quarterback Kelly Bryant, who is fighting not only for his starting position but also to prove to the media and the fans he deserves to be the starter.

Wednesday marks Day 1of players grinding and getting ready for the season ahead of them.
