GREENVILLE, S.C. — Tuesday night was one to remember for Clemson’s Sam Weatherly, who got the start on the mound and also was the designated hitter in Clemson’s 10-5 victory over Furman at Fluor Field in Greenville.

Weatherly got his first hit and RBI at the plate and was just two outs from earning his first win on the mound.
