GREENVILLE — Clemson head coach Monte Lee said the Tigers pitched “very, very well” Tuesday night in their 3-1 victory over Furman at Fluor Field in Greenville.

Lee said his team needed to win a pitching battle. It was the Tigers’ 11th straight victory at Fluor Field. The Tigers improved to 9-3 overall this season.

The media caught up with Lee following the victory.
