Following Clemson’s 42-21 win over Georgia Tech on Saturday at Death Valley, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney revealed that sophomore wide receiver Adam Randall is playing with a broken hand.
Swinney said Randall is wearing a club on the hand during the week, as opposed to just having it wrapped up on gamedays.
“Adam is trending in a good direction. He’s playing with a broken hand, but he’s playing,” Swinney said. “He broke his hand last year, the right hand, and now he broke his left hand. Same bone, same hand. But he’s able to play. It’s not surgical.”
“He’s regaining his confidence,” Swinney added.
Randall was targeted one time in Saturday’s game and recorded a 6-yard reception.
In 10 games this season, the former four-star prospect from Myrtle Beach has 14 catches for 142 yards.
