Tigers Make the Cut for ‘25 LB Target

Clemson made the cut Thursday for a linebacker target in the 2025 class.

Eastern View (Culpeper, Va.) four-star Brett Clatterbaugh named the Tigers among his top five schools via social media, along with Penn State, Georgia, Notre Dame and Virginia Tech.

Clatterbaugh, who lists around 20 total offers, received an offer from the Tigers in June and has traveled to campus multiple times.

The 6-foot-2, 235-pound junior is a four-star prospect per ESPN, Rivals, 247Sports and the 247Sports Composite. He is ranked as high as the No. 236 overall prospect in the 2025 class by ESPN, which considers him the nation’s No. 3 inside linebacker.
