Garrett was in town last summer for the Dabo Swinney Camp and that’s when he received the offer from defensive tackles coach Nick Eason. He spoke highly of the first impression, and those efforts have stuck with him.
In the fall, Garrett made a visit for the Florida State game as Nick Eason has continued to recruit him. Garrett hasn’t announced a timetable for his decision, but Clemson remains in the top group as the process narrows down for the coveted defender.
