In Jeremiah’s initial prospect rankings for the 2024 NFL Draft, which he released on Jan. 30, Jeremiah ranked Wiggins as the No. 30 overall prospect.

This week, a prominent NFL analyst provided his second set of projections for the first round of April’s NFL Draft.
NFL.com’s Daniel Jeremiah released his second mock draft and sees one Clemson product coming off the board in the top 15 picks.
Jeremiah’s mock draft has the Indianapolis Colts taking former Tiger cornerback Nate Wiggins with the No. 15 overall pick.
“Wiggins is going to put on a show at the NFL Scouting Combine and might be drafted earlier than this slot. The Colts have proven they value traits, and this Clemson product is the big-time-traits corner in this year’s draft,” wrote Jeremiah, a former scout for three different NFL teams and three-year starting quarterback at Appalachian State.
Wiggins earned first-team All-ACC honors as a junior in 2023, when the 6-foot-2, 185-pounder tallied 25 tackles (one for loss), a team-high nine pass breakups, two forced fumbles, one sack and two interceptions (one of which he returned 46 yards for his second career touchdown) over 10 games (seven starts).
In his career at Clemson from 2021-23, Wiggins recorded 50 tackles (3.0 for loss), 24 pass breakups, three interceptions (including two returned for touchdowns), two forced fumbles, a sack and a blocked field goal over 34 games (18 starts).
