Two More Clemson Draft Picks Signed, Sealed, Delivered

Two more 2024 Clemson draft picks are signed, sealed and delivered.

Former Tiger defensive linemen Tyler Davis and Ruke Orhorhoro are officially locked in with their new NFL teams after putting pen to paper.

The Los Angeles Rams announced Monday that seven members of their 2024 draft class signed their rookie contracts, including Davis.

Additionally, the Atlanta Falcons announced Monday that they signed Orhorhoro to his rookie deal.

Orhorhoro was selected by the Falcons in the second round (No. 35 overall pick) of April’s draft, while Davis was selected by the Rams in the sixth round (No. 196 overall pick).

A second-team All-American in 2022, and Clemson’s first defensive player to be a four-time All-ACC selection, Davis heads into his rookie campaign with the Rams after finishing his Clemson career (2019-23) with 167 tackles (29.5 for loss), 16.0 sacks, four pass breakups and three fumble recoveries over 56 games (52 starts).

In 2023, the 6-foot-2, 300-pounder posted 45 tackles (3.5 for loss) and a half-sack across 13 games en route to his third straight first-team All-ACC selection.

Orhorhoro registered 12 career sacks and earned All-ACC honors in his final season at Clemson in 2023. Along with a dozen career sacks, he was credited with 97 tackles (25.5 for loss), nine pass breakups and two fumble recoveries over 53 games (30 starts) from 2019-23.

The 6-foot-4, 294-pounder was a third-team all-conference selection last season, when he tallied 22 tackles (8.0 for loss), a career-high 5.0 sacks and a pass breakup across 12 games (all starts).
