It’s been almost 15 years since Clemson last won a regional, much less made it all the way to Omaha.
The Tigers enter regional play this weekend as the No. 6 overall seed, meaning not only does Clemson host this weekend, but they would also host for the Super Regional, should they advance that far.
However, to do that, they must first get through a regional that features Vanderbilt, Coastal Carolina and High Point, and the last time Clemson won a regional was way back in 2010. That is also the last time the program made an appearance in the College World Series.
BetOnline.ag likes the Tigers chances to get out of its own regional, as Clemson is a significant favorite to win it.
