CLEMSON- Clemson has always been extremely selective about who they offer, particularly when it comes to the quarterback position.

In the 2025 class, just two offers went out, with Blake Hebert jumping on board as a part of the class fairly quickly.

Now we know who one of the targets in the 2026 class will be, as 4-star Brady Hart (Cocoa, Fl) announced an offer late Saturday.. It comes on the heels of the quarterback’s very first visit to campus as he worked out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp on Wednesday.

“I loved everything about it,” Brady told The Clemson Insider. “It really is a special place.”

Hart was overly impressive in his workout, displaying a big arm and an ability to put the ball exactly where he wants it and offensive coordinator Garrett Riley took notice.

“I thought I did pretty well,” Hart said. “I think he was impressed.”

While it didn’t come until a few days after the visit, the offered was relayed through a FaceTime call with Swinney on Saturday.

“It’s special for sure,” Hart said. “He told me I was a good player. That I have an opportunity to come play there, just it’s up to me. They were impressed with me and everything about the time they spent with me when I was up there and just throwing. It was pretty awesome.”

After leading his high school team to a state title as a junior, Hart is ranked inside the Top 100 in the 247 Composite Rankings and No. 7 among all quarterbacks. He already has more than two dozen offers, including Florida, Florida State, Michigan, LSU and Notre Dame.

Hart currently has no timeline for making a decision, saying he will know when the time is right, but to be one of the top targets of Clemson, at arguably the most important position on the field, is something that carries a little extra meaning.

“It stands out for sure,” Hart said. “It’s just the faith aspect that coach Swinney has and what that program is built on. Just how they do things. They just do everything with excellence. That definitely stands out. And I love that about it.”
