A Look Back at Clemson’s ‘Power Rangers’

One of the best defensive lines in ACC and college football history was undoubtedly Clemson’s “Power Rangers.”

An elite group of talent, the quartet of Clelin Ferrell, Dexter Lawrence, Christian Wilkins and Austin Bryant helped the Tigers go 41-3 during their time together while making three College Football Playoff appearances and capturing a pair of national titles.

The Power Rangers combined for a whopping 147.0 tackles for loss and 74.0 sacks before moving on to the NFL. Ferrell, Wilkins and Lawrence all heard their names called in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, and Bryant put a bow on the impressive crop of Clemson D-line selections when he was picked in the fourth round.
