A top target for Clemson Basketball announced a commitment on Thursday.
4-star Zac Foster, a 2025 combo guard, has committed to Clemson, choosing the Tigers over other finalist Virginia Tech.
“It’s just a winning culture with a great coach,” Foster told The Clemson Insider in a recent interview. “It’s just a winning program. Something I would just want to be around as a player.”
The 6-foot-3 prospect, out of Woodward Academy (GA), is a Top 100 talent, with 247Sports ranking him a 4-star and No. 69 overall. The service also ranks Foster No. 12 at his position and No. 8 in the state of Georgia.
Foster picked up his offer from Clemson back in the summer, and took an official visit to campus last weekend. It was his first-ever visit to Clemson. The weekend before he was at Virginia Tech for an official.
This is a big get for Brad Brownell and Clemson, as Foster joins 3-star Trent Steinour as members of the Tigers’ 2025 recruiting class.
