PITTSBURGH – Clemson will be without multiple starters when the No. 20 Tigers face off with Pitt at noon at Acrisure Stadium.
As already reported by TCI, starting linebacker Wade Woodaz is not dressed to play today, although he is on the travel roster. The junior linebacker suffered a leg injury during practice this week.
Starting defensive tackle DeMonte Capehart is also out for the second consecutive game after he was injured in the loss to Louisville.
Clemson is once again without starting offensive linemen Tristan Leigh and Marcus Tate. Leigh left last week’s win with an ankle injury after just nine snaps and Tate was a late scratch from the lineup. Expect Elyjah Thurmon to go at LT and Harris Sewell at RG.
The Tigers do get back starting defensive end Peter Woods, who has missed the last two games with a head injury.
