BREAKING: Clemson Flips SEC Commit

CLEMSON – While Clemson has suffered its share of decommitments in the 20205 class, they have now also flipped three.

On Sunday, 3-star OL Tucker Cattus (St. Xavier, OH) flipped his commitment from Kentucky to Clemson.

The 6-foot-5, 300-pound prospect had been committed to Kentucky since March.

Cattus had right at two dozen offers, including Michigan, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Missouri and Louisville.

He is the second offensive linemen Clemson has flipped this cycle. The Tigers flipped 3-star Gavin Blanchard from UCF in November. Clemson also flipped 3-star QB from Coastal last week.

Cattus is also the fifth offensive line take in this class for the Tigers.

The news comes just minutes after the announcement of 4-star S Jordan Young flipping to Michigan. That keeps the Tigers at 14 verbal pledges in the 2025 class.
