With the contact period in full swing, the Clemson coaches spent much of last week making recruiting stops.
While many of those visits went to players that already hold offers from the Tigers, offensive coordinator Garrett Riley was in Texas late last week checking on one player that has yet to pick one up.
Riley stopped in to see 2026 4-star wideout Chase Campbell (Frenship, Wolfforth, TX). The 6-foot-2, 180-pound prospect currently holds offers from Arizona, Arkansas, TCU, Missouri and Texas Tech, among others.

Campbell told The Clemson Insider that he has yet to lock in a date for a visit to Clemson but said he was “for sure setting some up.”
Campbell ranks No. 144 overall in the 247 Composite Rankings and No. 20 among all wide receivers.
