Blue-Chip RB Set to Visit Clemson

The visitors list for the Elite Retreat continues to grow.

4-star RB Carsyn Baker tells The Clemson Insider he will attend the event scheduled for March 8.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound prospect has right at 40 offers in total, with Auburn, Kentucky, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Ohio State and Alabama being just a few of the more notable ones. The Tigers have yet to offer but running backs coach C.J. Spiller paid Baker a visit during the contact period.

Clemson has offered just one running back in the 2026 recruiting class to this point. 4-star Jaylen McGill picked up that offer in September but recently committed to Rutgers. Where the staff looks next is yet to be determined, but Baker is certainly a candidate for a future offer once he visits.

Baker rushed for 1,282 yards as a junior with 13 touchdowns. He had six games with more than 100 yards on the ground and averaged 8.8 yards per carry.

Rivals ranks the talented prospect No. 169 overall and No. 10 among all running backs.
