Clemson is red-hot on the recruiting trail right now. In just a matter of days, the Tigers have landed seven commitments for their 2026 class, and Clemson has surged up the recruiting rankings as a result.
One of the Tigers’ new commits — four-star offensive lineman Adam Guthrie (Miami Trace, Ohio) – chimed in on Clemson’s 2026 class via social media.
Guthrie clapped back at a social media critic and defended how Dabo Swinney’s program is going about its business on the recruiting front:
Guthrie announced his commitment to the Tigers this past Friday ahead of the Elite Retreat. He is the nation’s No. 20 offensive tackle and No. 244 overall prospect in the 2026 class, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
After the recent flood of commitments, Clemson’s 2026 class is currently comprised of 12 verbal pledges and ranks as the No. 2 class in the country right now, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
