Williams Named Among WRs to Know for ‘26 NFL Draft

A national outlet highlighted 10 wide receivers to know for the 2026 NFL Draft, and Clemson’s Antonio Williams is among them.

The 2024 first-team All-ACC selection was listed by Pro Football Focus (PFF) as one of the wideouts to know heading into summer scouting for next year’s draft.

Last season, in his third year at Clemson, Williams recorded career highs with 75 receptions, 904 receiving yards and 11 receiving touchdowns across 14 games (all starts).

Here’s what PFF’s Max Chadwick wrote about the 5-foot-11, 190-pound pass catcher:

Williams had a nose for the endzone last year, tying for third among Power Four wideouts with 11 receiving touchdowns. The redshirt junior is an elite route runner, placing in the 94th percentile in separation rate against single coverage while also catching 58% of his contested targets in 2024.

Williams will need to become a little more dynamic after the catch, but he has first-round upside within one of the best receiving corps in college football.

Williams, who was a freshman All-American in 2022, will enter the 2025 season with 153 career receptions for 1,732 yards and 17 touchdowns. The Palmetto State native has caught at least one pass in each of the 33 games he has appeared in while at Clemson.

Williams was named by CBS Sports as one of the top players who spurned the 2025 NFL Draft and opted to return to school for another season. As for next year’s draft, NFL Draft analyst Todd McShay projected Williams as a first-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs (No. 28 overall).

Williams was also recently listed by CBS Sports at No. 65 among college football’s top 150 players entering the 2025 season.
