Former Clemson Hurler Staying In-State

A former Clemson Tiger is staying in state.

After entering the transfer portal earlier this month, LHP Jackson Cole has announced a commitment to The Citadel.

After redshirting in 2024, Cole made six appearances for the Tigers last season, finishing with an ERA of 14.73 in 3.3 innings pitched.

Cole is a product of nearby Boiling Springs High School, ranking as the 39th player in the state and No. 7 left-handed pitcher per Perfect Game. He lettered three times in high school and was an all-region player as a senior.
