Clemson is still in search of a running back for the 2026 class, and one of the candidates to be the next target is set to return to campus.
Three-star J’Alan Terry (Coosa Christian, Gadsden, AL) tells The Clemson Insider that he will be on hand for the Tigers’ season-opening matchup against LSU on August 30.
Terry has been a frequent visitor during his recruitment, including a stop back in the spring, as well as working out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp in June. He also visited for two different games last fall.
βIt would mean a lot,β Terry said in a recent interview about a potential offer. βI want to win a national championship when I get to college, and I feel like they are a national championship team right now.β
The 6-foot, 185-pound back currently holds more than a dozen offers, including Georgia Tech, Tennessee, Kentucky and Vanderbilt.
