Former Clemson running back Phil Mafah made a statement with his performance in Saturday’s preseason game for the Dallas Cowboys.

Mafah rushed for 36 yards on 10 carries and caught two passes for 15 yards. He also had a 14 card carry that on a play called back due to penalty.

Malik Davis: 7 carries, 63 yards, 9.0 AVG
Phil Mafah: 11 carries, 50 yards, 4.5 AVG
Deuce Vaughn: 3 carries, 17 yards, 5.7 AVG
