Former Clemson star DeAndre Hopkins didn’t waste any time impressing in his Baltimore Ravens debut.
Hopkins wowed by hauling in a spectacular one-handed touchdown grab between two defenders for his first catch in a Ravens uniform – a 29-yard reception from Lamar Jackson that gave the Ravens a 34-19 lead over the Buffalo Bills with 1:09 left in the third quarter in the primetime Sunday Night Football matchup.
Hopkins, a five-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro, quickly showed that he’s still got it after signing a one-year deal with the Ravens back in March.
The 33-year-old Hopkins, who’s now in his 13th NFL campaign, entered this season having amassed 984 receptions for 12,965 yards and 83 touchdowns during his Hall of Fame-caliber career with the Houston Texans, Arizona Cardinals, Tennessee Titans and Kansas City Chiefs after being selected by Houston in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
