A current Clemson commit has been selected to participate in the Shrine Bowl.
Four-star in-state safety Kentavion “Polo” Anderson (Dorman) has been invited to play in what is known as the nation’s oldest high school all-star game, pitting the best players from South Carolina facing off against the best from North Carolina.
Anderson committed to Clemson back in the summer, choosing the Tigers over in-state rival South Carolina. In total, he had more than two dozen offers, including Florida, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Tennessee and Texas A&M.
“That was always my dream school,” Anderson told TCI after he committed. “They are giving me the opportunity to become a Tiger. Coach Swinney, he knows what he is talking about. He really develops players.”
Anderson ranks No. 82 overall in the 247 Composite Rankings, No. 8 among all safeties in the 2026 class and No. 1 in the state.
