CBS Sports’ Mike Renner recently released his latest 2026 NFL mock draft.
Renner’s mock draft projects three Clemson players to be first-round picks – defensive tackle Peter Woods, defensive end T.J. Parker and cornerback Avieon Terrell.
Renner sees Woods as a top-five pick, going to the Miami Dolphins with the fourth overall selection.
“The defensive tackle position has been such a mess already this season that the Dolphins could very well address it in the first round in back-to-back years,” Renner wrote. “Woods is already grown-man strong at 20 years old and has been since his freshman year.”
Renner projects Parker to be taken by the Chicago Bears with the 12th overall pick.
“Parker is a perfect defensive end for Dennis Allen’s defense,” Renner wrote. “He can play all three downs at a high level. The Bears don’t have anyone they can rely on across from Montez Sweat at the moment, and Parker would change that.”
Terrell rounds out the Clemson selections in Renner’s mock draft, as the 26th overall pick of the Los Angeles Rams.
“Terrell may not be big, but he’s physical and sticky,” Renner wrote. “That’s the kind of corner the Rams desperately need. My favorite Terrell stat is that he’s forced six fumbles since the start of last season. That’s the kind of playmaker you’re getting.”
The 2026 NFL Draft will take place from April 23-25 in Pittsburgh.
