Etienne’s 2-yard touchdown run gave Jacksonville a 14-6 lead late in the second quarter, and Lawrence’s 1-yard rushing touchdown made the score 21-6 midway through the third quarter. Lawrence’s 1-yard touchdown pass to Tim Patrick early in the fourth quarter extended their lead to 28-6, and Etienne capped the scoring with his 13-yard touchdown run in the final frame.
Etienne finished with 73 yards rushing and his two scores on 19 carries. Lawrence went 14-of-22 passing for 153 yards and the one touchdown pass with one interception, to go with his rushing score.
Meanwhile, Higgins’ Cincinnati Bengals team fell to 3-7 with a 34-12 loss on the road against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but Higgins scored Cincinnati’s lone touchdown on a 28-yard pass from Joe Flacco in the first quarter.
Higgins finished with three catches for 63 yards and the score.
