One of Clemson’s top wide receiver targets will be back on campus in the spring.
Four-star Jamarin Simmons (Godby, FL) tells The Clemson Insider he plans to be back in Clemson on March 7.
The 5-foot-11 prospect was the first 2027 wide receiver to land an offer from Clemson. Simmons picked up the offer after working out at camp last June. He is still one of just two uncommitted wide receiver targets with an offer. Four-star in-state wideout Trey Wimbley announced a commitment to Clemson earlier in December.
As a junior, Simmons reeled in 59 catches for 932 yards with 14 touchdowns. He also went 2-of-2 passing for 120 yards with one touchdown throw.
He also holds offers from Florida State, Florida, Colorado, Miami, Louisville and Ole Miss, among others.
247 ranks Simmons No. 64 overall, No. 9 among all wide receivers and No. 6 in the state of Florida.
