Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver and former Clemson star Tee Higgins found the end zone again on Sunday in his return from injury.
Higgins hauled in an impressive 9-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter to open the scoring in the Bengals’ eventual 45-21 win over the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.
Higgins finished the contest with three receptions on three targets for 53 yards and his score. The sixth-year pro was back in action after missing Cincinnati’s Week 15 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Dec. 14 due to a concussion.
Despite being sidelined in two of the last four weeks while in concussion protocol, Higgins has tied his career high with 10 touchdown receptions this season and has at least one touchdown in six of his last seven games.
Overall, in 13 games this season, the 26-year-old has registered 49 receptions for 720 yards, and he is tied for third in the NFL with his 10 receiving TDs.
Coming into the 2025 campaign, Higgins had caught 330 passes for 4,595 yards and 34 touchdowns across 70 career regular season games, while recording at least 900 receiving yards in four of his five seasons, including back-to-back 1,000-yard campaigns in 2021 and 2022. Higgins has also appeared in seven playoff games and ranks second in Bengals history in both postseason receptions (31) and postseason receiving yards (457).
Back in March, Higgins signed a four-year deal with Cincinnati worth $115 million. He was drafted by the Bengals in the second round (No. 33 overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Higgins and the Bengals host the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday in Week 17 of the NFL season.
