Randall Thanks Clemson, Officially Declares for NFL Draft

Clemson senior running back Adam Randall said thank you to Clemson and officially declared for the 2026 NFL Draft on Monday via social media.

Randall concluded his career as a Tiger this past Saturday, rushing for 35 yards on 11 carries and scoring Clemson’s lone touchdown in the 22-10 Pinstripe Bowl loss to Penn State.

“DEAR CLEMSON FAMILY,” Randall wrote in an Instagram post.

“Thank you for embracing me and believing in me from the moment I arrived on campus. Clemson has been a place of growth, unrivalled standards, and unforgettable memories. And I’m grateful for every opportunity this program has given me.

“To my coaches: thank you for your belief, guidance, and opportunities you bestowed upon me to help me grow both as an athlete and as a man.

“To my teammates: It’s been an honor to compete and grow alongside you all. I’m grateful for the unbreakable bond and memories we now share.

“To my family: I could not be here today without your unwavering love and support, and for all your sacrifices throughout my journey. Thank you for being the reason I’m able to chase my dreams today.

“With gratitude for this journey and confidence in what lies ahead, I am humbled to announce that I will be declaring for the 2026 NFL Draft.”

A converted wideout, Randall rushed for 814 yards and 10 touchdowns on 168 carries this season. He averaged 4.8 yards per carry and also registered 36 receptions for 254 yards and three more touchdowns, while averaging 23.7 yards per kickoff return.

With the Tigers short on depth at running back last season, Randall moved from wide receiver ahead of Clemson’s first-round College Football Playoff matchup against Texas. After rushing for 44 yards that day, head coach Dabo Swinney announced the move was a permanent one, and Randall was the Tigers’ featured back in 2025.

This season, Randall became the fourth player in Clemson history to reach 750 career rushing yards and 750 career receiving yards, joining Travis Zachery, C.J. Spiller and Travis Etienne.

The 6-foot-2, 235-pounder recently accepted an invitation to play in the Senior Bowl, which will be played on January 31 at 2:30 p.m. in Mobile, Ala. The game will be televised on NFL Network.
