Clemson is losing a member of its cornerback room to the transfer portal.

Redshirt junior Michael Mankaka will enter the portal when it opens on Friday.

Mankaka joined the Tigers as a walk-on receiver ahead of the 2022 season. He was converted to a defensive back ahead of the 2024 campaign and was a member of the 105-man roster this season.

Mankaka appeared in 10 games during his career at Clemson and was credited with one tackle. He is the eighth player to announce plans to enter the portal.
