A former Clemson running back is re-entering the NCAA transfer portal.
Domonique Thomas has announced he will enter the portal after spending two seasons at Ole Miss.
Thomas originally entered the portal in December 2023 following his second year at Clemson in 2023, when he recorded 18 carries for 116 yards and a touchdown, as well as a 4-yard reception, in 43 snaps over 12 games.
Thomas later announced that he would be transferring to Georgia State, then eventually re-entered the portal in April 2024 before ultimately transferring to Ole Miss.
In 2024, Thomas rushed for 197 yards and a touchdown on 42 carries for the Rebels. The 5-foot-9, 210-pounder has rushed for 344 yards and two touchdowns in his career while averaging 5.1 yards per carry on 67 total carries.
Thomas joined Clemson as a walk-on in January 2022 from NAIA Union College in Kentucky, but earned a scholarship in advance of the 2022 season. He rushed 25 times for 147 yards and a touchdown in 64 offensive snaps in 16 games at Clemson from 2022-23.
