Clemson Among Schools Standing Out to SEC Transfer

Clemson is a school standing out to this SEC transfer.

Clemson is one school that stands out to Auburn defensive line transfer Malik Blocton, along with LSU, Texas A&M, Ole Miss and Alabama, according to a post on his social media account Monday night.

Blocton entered the NCAA transfer portal following two years at Auburn. He made eight starts and played in all 12 of Auburn’s games in 2025, tallying 18 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks and a fumble recovery.

As a freshman in 2024, the 6-foot-3, 291-pounder posted 16 tackles, four tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks while playing in all 12 games, including two starts.

Blocton is a former four-star prospect in the 2024 recruiting class who registered 323 tackles and 45 sacks during his career at Alabama’s Pike Road High, both school records.

Clemson defensive tackles coach Nick Eason offered Blocton in high school, and Blocton also received an offer from Auburn via Eason when Eason was still on the coaching staff there.
