A former Clemson defensive back has found his new college home.
Clemson transfer safety Rob Billings has signed with Conference USA program Jacksonville State.
Billings appeared in 32 games over his three seasons with the Tigers, recording nine tackles in 60 defensive snaps.
As a redshirt sophomore in 2025, Billings played in all 13 games, logging 29 defensive snaps and totaling four tackles.
After playing in five games on special teams while redshirting in 2023, Billings was credited with five tackles over 31 defensive snaps across 14 games in 2024.
The product of Milton High School (Ga.) signed as a four-star talent as a member of the 2023 recruiting class.
